Sage is most recognised for blending with onion to create a tasty stuffing often accompanying chicken, turkey and roast pork. Why not try dusting your pork roast on a Sunday with some of this dried sage before roasting.
Tip! When roasting chicken or turkey, use your fingers to gently separate the skin from the breast meat, then rub a little sage butter on the breast and under the skin. Pat down the skin, then roast and enjoy.
