How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping costs can be frustrating, so I am always working towards finding the most effective way to ship locally and nationally. Rest assured your order will be packed with love and care, endeavouring to get it to you as quickly as possible. 

Free local delivery is available within a 3 mile radius from postcode WS14. Orders placed before 6pm will be delivered the next working business day.

Free UK shipping is available on orders over £25 using code SHIP25 at checkout, orders with this code will be shipped Standard 2nd Royal Mail.

Expect between 1 - 7 days to deliver on all shipped orders (varies depending on shipment selection made at checkout). Please note that due to the current pandemic shipments may take a little longer to reach you than normal.

All shipping is posted using Royal Mail. 

T.E.A does not yet ship to the EU/Rest of the world.

Are your products vegan friendly?  

All Tea, Herbs, Spices and Wax Melts are vegan friendly. 

Are your products organic? 

Tea - I have selected the best tea from the best estates taking into consideration quality. Organic tea is not always the best in taste and quality, that said if I can find an organic tea that matches the quality it would be added into the collection. 

What does the ingredient 'flavour' mean in your tea product? 

In some of the tea blends you may see the ingredient 'flavour'. This refers to a 100% natural flavour sometimes used in blends. All of the natural flavoured oils used are made from high quality fruit extracts. 

Where does your tea come from? 

All of the Loose Leaf Tea is specially selected and carefully sourced through a supplier partner who work only with experienced tea masters to source the best, ethically produced tea. They are also proud members of the Ethical Tea Partnership.  

Where do your herbs and spices come from?

The herbs and spices collections are specially selected offering diverse and exciting options. The supplier partner ensures every product has passed microbiological testing with certificates and they operate a HACCP system to ensure food safety, they work to a BRC Global standard A and all products have full traceability.

What is the shelf life of my tea once I open it?

The loose leaf tea is packaged in vacuum pouches so that the tea is kept extremely fresh. A benefit to this means the shelf life of the loose leaf tea is extended to 10 years prior to opening and a further 2 years after opening.

Is your packaging recyclable?

All postage and local delivery packaging is 100% recyclable. 

Tea -

  • The outer packaging of all loose leaf tea is recyclable.
  • The vacuum inserts are recyclable, but currently not as readily as some other materials. You can always return them by post, please email tea_uk@outlook.com for details. 

Herbs & Spices - 

  • The poly bag packaging and labelling is all recyclable. 

Wax Melts - 

  • Packaged in recyclable and biodegradable wraps.
