Smoked Paprika is often used to add authentic Spanish flavour to dishes such as paella and goulash. It works well in stews, casseroles and soups and is one of the primary spices used to flavour chorizo.
This spice works especially well with pork, chicken, fish and shellfish. It is also great with vegetables .. very yummy sprinkled on your potatoes before roasting!
