Snacking Lamb Meatballs!

Just 3 easy steps! We always lean towards beef but why not try these tasty lamb meatballs instead for something a little different. Guaranteed to be full of flavour and a great crowd pleaser!

Catherine's Snacking Lamb Meatballs

Makes 16 meatballs

Ingredients: 

  • 450g lamb mince
  • 1 teaspoon of Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon of Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Organic Sea Salt
  • 3 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 finely chopped white onion 
  • 1 large egg - lightly beaten 
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil

Method:

Step 1 

Preheat your oven to 220 degrees celsius, 200 degrees celsius if fan assisted. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper. 

Step 2

Take a large bowl and mix your lamb, egg, garlic, Rosemary, Thyme and Organic Sea Salt. Form your mixture into 16 meatballs and place on to your prepared baking tray. 

Step 3

Drizzle your meatballs with the olive oil and bake for 20 minutes until golden and cooked through. 

Serving suggestion: 

Garnish with a snippet of fresh chives for decoration, poke in some wooden skewer sticks and serve with some fresh salad and coleslaw!
