Winter Tea

As the colder days and evenings set in and the biting wind and sharp frosts begin to approach, why not look at preparing your tea differently to make it warmer and more enjoyable. 

Healthy Tea Boosters Include:

  • Ginger root
  • Fresh fruit
  • Cinnamon
  • Cloves
  • Star Anise
  • Rosemary
  • Natural Honey 

Your limits are set only by your imagination, adding beneficial ingredients to your tea will allow you to create some simply magical tastes that not only warm up your cold body and soothe your soul, but will also help you stimulate and support your immune system. 

Tea with Apple & Star Anise

Ingredients:

  • Assam Black Tea 
  • Apple slices
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 1 Star Anise
  • 1-2 tablespoons of Natural Honey

Directions:

  • Brew 250-300ml of your Assam Black Tea
  • Add the apple slices, cinnamon stick and star anise
  • Sweeten with your Natural Honey
  • Serve immediately after preparation

Tea with Cinnamon, Honey & Lemon

Ingredients:

  • Assam Black Tea
  • Lemon slices
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • A thumb size of Ginger root
  • 1-2 tablespoons Natural Honey

Directions:

  • Brew 250-300ml of Assam Black Tea
  • Add your Cinnamon and Ginger
  • Add the lemon slice and Natural Honey
  • Serve immediately after preparation
